This Privacy Policy covers Vantage Scheduler, the office scheduling and inspection-notification service at vantageinspection.tech and app.vantageinspection.tech, operated by Vantage Inspection Tech, LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “us”).

This page is not the privacy policy for Vantage Report Writer or any other field mobile application. Those products have their own policies.

Who we are

Vantage Inspection Tech, LLC operates Vantage Scheduler so inspection offices can book jobs, notify clients, collect signatures, and share reports or portals for a booked home inspection.

Information we collect in Vantage Scheduler

Depending on how an office uses Vantage Scheduler, we may process:

  • Client and representative details — name, email, mobile number, and notification preference (email, SMS, or both)
  • Inspection job details — property address, scheduled time, services, agreement and signature records, and related office notes needed to run the job
  • Text-program records — your mobile number, STOP/START or stop/resume requests on this site, and delivery status so we can honor opt-out
  • Office staff accounts — email, display name, role, and permissions assigned by the inspection office
  • Technical data needed to run the website and Vantage Scheduler (for example browser type and error logs)

We do not use this site or Vantage Scheduler to collect field-app location, device calendars, or inspection photos from a mobile report-writer application.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Schedule and manage the home inspection already on file
  • Send transactional email and SMS about that inspection (booking, signature, reminder, report or portal ready, schedule changes)
  • Honor stop and resume requests for inspection texts
  • Operate the client portal and agreement-signing pages tied to that job
  • Authenticate office staff and keep the service secure

We do not use your mobile number for advertising or promotional campaigns.

SMS disclosure

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share a number only with our texting provider and carriers so Vantage Scheduler can deliver or suppress inspection texts.

We may also use infrastructure providers that host Vantage Scheduler (for example Google Firebase / Google Cloud) and email delivery vendors. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

  • Stop texts on this site, reply STOP, or ask the office to set the file to email only
  • Reply START or use Resume texts to opt in again
  • Reply HELP or email support@vantageinspection.tech
  • You can complete an inspection without agreeing to texts
  • Office staff should ask their administrator to change or close a Vantage Scheduler account

Retention

We keep job, contact, and consent records as long as the inspection office’s Vantage Scheduler account needs them for the file, legal, and accounting purposes. Opt-out is logged so we do not text that number again.

Children

Vantage Scheduler is a business scheduling service. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
